This course is an advanced program with a wide range of modern record management practices and includes records creation, mail sstems, file clasification structures, filling and storage equipment, imaging and document management, file management databases, retention and dispasal of records, archives. this course is a modular course based on three main themes; conceptual approches to managing electronic records, recordkeeping principles and knowledge management.
At the end of this course participants will have a greater understanding and awareness of recordkeeping issues relating to electronic records and how this can be used to develop effecting knowledge management strategies and innitiatives.
