This course enhances the ability of secretaries and personal assistants to integrate information and communication technology in delivering quality IT, public relations and management at a corporate leve.
The major objective of this course is to empower staff in the public and private sectors in the application of IT to enhance the Public Relations function. This is coupled with an understanding of the key management functions and how they are affected by IT.
